New students must submit the following documentation upon registration: Completed school application 1st thru 8th Grade Application Early Childhood Information Form Current Student Re-Registration Form Birth Certificate Baptismal Certificate Social Security Card Immunization Records Non-refundable registration fee of $40
Tuition Information Letter from our Business Manager, Marianne Houston 2010-2011 Tuition Rates and Information ACH Agreement Form (automated direct payments)
Students currently enrolled in MDP receive re-registration paperwork before the end of the school year.
MDP provides before and after school care for its students through the CARES program, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. during the school year.
