New students must submit the following documentation upon registration:
completed school application
birth certificate
baptismal certificate
social security card
immunization records
non-refundable registration fee of $40
Students currently enrolled in MDP receive re-registration paperwork before the end of the school year.
MDP provides before and after school care for its students through the CARES program, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. during the school year.
