MDP offers a strong core curriculum based on the requirements of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Pennsylvania Department of Education. We offer an integrated language arts program (reading, writing, and penmanship, composition and creative writing). In addition to our core curriculum, we have remedial math, reading and speech programs. We have an Honors Math program beginning at the Intermediate level. Art, Music and Computer instruction are included in the Nursery through 8th grade curriculum. The integration of the technology with curriculum is an ongoing focus in each classroom. Instrumental Band is open to students in 4th to 8th grades.
